Mustang Day Resource Fair at Los Medanos College

I host this resource fair with vendors from campus clubs, departments, and local community organizations. I cover all of the logistics, communication, marketing, and staffing for this event every semester.

Share LMC's festive and multicultural campus with the community

I Co-Chaired the committee that planned this event serving 600+ LMC students, employees, and community members. It featured 7 cultural performances, 7 local cultural restaurants, and required detail-oriented planning, budget management, and recruitment and coordination of countless volunteers.

18th Annual 4CD Dreamer’s Conference
A community-facing conference serving our local undocumented population October 25, 2025 at LMC's Pittsburg Campus

I was the lead planner on a committee with competing interests from four different stakeholders. We provided breakfast, lunch, custom swag bags, 4 conference sessions, an emotional panel, and more. This was a photo-free event in order to ensure attendee safety. Check out the testimonial!

Juneteenth Celebration BBQ at Los Medanos College
Celebrate Freedom Day in a way that honors African Americans
I planned the 2025 Juneteenth celebration featuring resources, community groups, food, and games at LMC. In 2023 and 2024 I planned the Juneteenth BBQ with one other person.

I was the lead planner for a Coming Out Day Drag Show that featured a coming out interview portion, drag performances, refreshments, and a photo area at LMC.

Contra Costa Democrats Gala

Decorate with the theme "No Time To Waste"

I decorated the Contra Costa Democrat's 2025 Gala with custom-made steampunk vibe luminary centerpieces, custom-designed wraps for large scale pillars in the room, tiny luminaries for VIP cocktail tables, and more.

Hi! My name is Lindsay. I’m an enthusiastic event professional who elevates gatherings on a budget! I've been hosting events for the past 3 years ranging from intimate gatherings to conferences and galas. I have experience with vendors, performers, and clients with a broad range of needs, from a space to have fun to educational events, to fundraisers. I take the pressure off event planning so you can focus on your role - networking, learning, or having fun! In my spare time, I love to craft and play pickleball.
